Kate Uptonis a supermom!

On Friday, in honor ofInternational Women’s Day, the supermodel shared an intimate black-and-white photo taken while breastfeeding her 4-month-old daughterGenevieve.

“Will cherish these moments forever 💗 can’t imagine a greater superpower! #internationalwomensday” Upton, 26,captioned the sweet shot.

The proud mom, who shares Genevieve with husbandJustin Verlander, also posted a black-and-white photo from her pregnancy with a quote that expressed her hopes for her daughter as she gets older.

“‘A world without sexism would be a world where hard work, merit and qualifications are put before gender. True partnerships would be present rather than the constrictions of traditional roles,’ ”read the caption.

“Instead of being put in a box, everyone is on an even playing field and therefore benefits. This is the world in which I want my daughter to thrive,'” she continued, adding the hashtag #internationalwomensday at the end.

“Genevieve Upton Verlander 💗 11.7.18,” wrote Upton, sharing her daughter’s name with a sweet black-and-white photo of the couple’s first child seemingly sleeping.

“Welcome to the world Genevieve Upton Verlander. You stole my ❤️ the first second I met you!!! 11.7.2018,” Verlander wrote in a post of his own on Instagram.

The professional baseball player also shared a black-and-white photo that showed the new dad holding his little girl’s precious hand.

Earlier that month, Upton told PEOPLE that her perspective on working out has changed throughout the years, from “wanting to fit into a certain dress size and hit certain measurements” to now “working out to feel healthy, strong and energized for my lifestyle.”

The star said she found the right workout for her lifestyle with trainerBen Bruno, whohelped her transform her bodyand build serious muscleduring their workoutsfor five to six days a week.

“The Strong4Me fitness program is geared towards busy women on-the-go of all ages,” Upton said. “It was important to me to share the exact program I’ve personally been using with Ben because it has been sustainable and helps me to feel strong, confident, and healthy!”

As to what health means to her, Upton said it’s “all about feeling good.”

“When I’m eating healthy and staying active, I feel the best about myself and my body,” she told PEOPLE. “That’s why consistency through a sustainable, practical program is key for me.”

Upton announced in July that she and her baseball pro husbandwere expecting their first child. The couple married in anultra-posh weddingin Italy on Nov. 4, 2017.
