A Gallic company , Albatross , is coming out with what looks like one of best Tablet PCs yet : the TBPC00803 , which has a 1.6GHz Centrino processor , 30 GB hard drive , 512 MB of RAM , a 14.1 - inch liquid crystal display screen ( make it one of the first with a display this large ) . Albatross is just the rebrander ( the computers are actually built in Taiwan ) , so there ’s a good chance someone else will bring these out in the States under a different trade name name .
